Nobody likes feeling like a fish out of water!

How many times have we heard this saying, and as cynical business owners, how many times have we responded “yeah right!”  When it comes to marketing however, the customer is always right, I am going to give you a very real example to explain why.

Welcome back to those, like us, who have returned from their Christmas Holiday to start a new business year. Although 2011 ended with more shakes (which experts say could last decades!) we hope that 2012 will be more positive for those businesses that managed to make it through 2011.
