Backup and Recovery
A widely quoted statistic — which I cannot find a source for — is that 80% of businesses that loose their data fail within 18 months. It may be an urban legend (the comments on this post leave me wondering), but it would certainly be a problem. Imagine the worst case — your office burns down, or you just fry all your computers.
